深冷箱的功能與使用原理

    深冷箱采用觸摸屏+PLC的控制方式,實時查看箱內溫度變化,具備手動和自動雙操作功能,操作簡便,可靠性強。高低溫均采用PID調節。實時查看溫度曲線,存儲,拷貝保存。

    深冷處理,就是用液氮(-196℃)作為冷卻介質將淬火后的金屬材料的冷卻過程繼續下去,達到遠低于室溫的某一溫度,促使常規熱處理后所存在的殘余得到進一步轉化成能使鋼變硬、從而改善金屬材料性能。深冷處理后能明顯的提高金屬工具的耐磨性、韌性和尺寸穩定性,使工件的使用壽命成倍的提高。

    機組蒸發器里面的液態制冷劑經過與箱體內部循環風空氣進行交換,溫度升高,由液態變為氣態,被壓縮機吸氣口吸入,經過壓縮機壓縮后的高溫高壓制冷劑氣體先經過油分離器,將壓縮過程中攜帶的冷凍機油分離干凈,而后進入冷凝器,經過與環境空氣或冷卻水換熱,由高溫高壓的氣體變為高壓常溫液體。高壓常溫的制冷劑液體,經干燥過濾器,而后經過膨脹閥節流降壓,即由高壓液體變為低壓液體。低壓液體(沸點較低)進入機組蒸發器,通過循環風把冷量帶到箱體內部實現制冷。
